Vertical horisontal

Obsessive, yes. I can’t do it much simpler than this and luckily the pencil skipped on a line or two.

Graphite, led

“ The led. Graphite. Pencil. The page in front of me. By the tips of my fingers. The page changes character. The page receives character. Whichever thought. Whichever sign. Fills the page. The size is good. The little finger smudges the led as I move down the page. That I am left handed is revealed. It does not matter. Avoiding attempts of perfection. Letting it reveal itself when it is it’s turn. Realising that the pages before the singular, where all is present, describes a process. To emphazise one page and ignore another is allmost impossible. Learning to make no difference.”

Uh?!

This one is from my koagula series. Layers of watercolour and then something almost appears but not quite.

Bluebottomjar

Went to the house today and got a bit freaked out because it need so much work. The house has had no one to care for it properly for 25 years or so. We got started today and we just have to be patient and do a little bit at a time. I’m thinking thank god for these scetchbooks so that I can do some visual work to keep me sane:)

Nordlandshouse

Me and my chosen one bought a house today. A dreamhouse really. It’s old, from 1848 and needs allot of work. I love it.

Then I burnt a hole in my book

Red holeRed spot

Well yes I did. With a pressured gas lighter that does not work anymore. It served a purpose it did. A wonderfull hole it made. It is a tribute to holes.

Without expectation

I am fascinated with the negative. The way it is the opposite of what is real. Like a parallel reality. This drawing is from one of my Seawhite scetchbooks and then turned.
